About the Role:
The Principal Legal role provides advanced administrative, operational, and business issue support within the legal department. This role serves as a key resource for attorneys and business stakeholders by creating and managing contract documentation, coordinating workflows, maintaining records, and supporting other contract-related activities. The position requires strong judgment, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level support to an attorney in day-to-day operations.
- Draft, format, review, and distribute correspondence, contracts, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain files, records, databases, and document management systems.
- Coordinate signatures, approvals, and document execution processes.
- Assist with contract intake, routing, and review.
- Support research and information gathering as requested.
- Prepare materials for meetings and internal reviews.
- Interact regularly with internal business partners.
- Ensure sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Help improve business support processes, templates, and workflow efficiency.
Do You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in legal or business support within the telecommunications industry or another similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract documentation, terminology, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Even Better:
- 5+ years of experience in legal support, or business support, for wholesale telecommunications sales or similar sales support experience.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300 to $99,900. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair and competitive. Pay for this role is based on factors such as your experience, skills, education, and location.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
