About the Role:
The Sales Support Specialist-UCaaS is a business-to-business sales professional who works with a teamed Account Executive to develop, maintain, and manage the customer account/relationship for long term and future business growth. The Sales Support Specialist-UCaaS this is a legacy product collection, not acquisition...so we assist with renewals, not new acquisition sales.
What You'll Do:
- Supports workflow process with Account Executive within system tools.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the customer and our team, to provide strong team representation, customer satisfaction/retention.
- Vendor management and compliance (Avaya, Mitel, Jenne, Tiger TMS, Vital, Xima, Swampfox, etc.)
- MACD initiation at an estimate of 791 cases per quarter along with quotes, and Quickbase updates and equipment procurement.
- UCaaS Engineering support.
- Customer support for forensic build and billing audits; customer inventory; Allworx fulfillment and reclamation; competitive pricing quotes; conversion order support.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Generate quote proposals and order documents with Uniti operating systems.
- Assists in uncovering solutions that would best address the customer's needs, while coordinating the involvement of the assigned Account Executive.
- Ability to manage time and successfully complete all tasks within the workday.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and handle deadline pressures well.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Demonstrate professionalism with customers, peers, and management.
- Achieves expert status in the marketplace by demonstrating Uniti cultural beliefs; properly preparing for each customer interaction; applies superior salesmanship and persuasive presentation skills at the Executive Level; views customer objections as a natural part of the process and maintaining poise under pressure to seamlessly handle those objections; uses analytics to track and improve performance; effectively manages time; keeps abreast of industry trends to improve business acumen.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
