After Hours Call Out Analyst

About the Role:

The After Hours Call Out Analyst handles after hours and holiday dispatches and escalations working nights, weekends, and Holidays. Because of the after-hours requirement of this position, the job is eligible for differential pay. The Analyst-Call Out works closely with technicians and field managers. This position requires complex problem-solving skills to complete daily job functions. ***This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.***

 

What You'll Do:

• Handling incoming requests for dispatch via email and phone after-hours, weekends, & holidays for emergency dispatches & escalations.
• Determine which dispatch requests can be held and which need to be dispatched immediately using a variety of systems
• Build close working relationships with field technicians and managers to maintain and improve dispatch performance and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years professional level related experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

 

The compensation range for this position is from $41,700 - $51,400. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair and competitive.
