The Sales Operations Analyst supports field sales organizations through operational administration, lead management, vendor onboarding, system maintenance, and process optimization. This role serves as a key operational resource responsible for NID creation and maintenance, sales support functions, dealer and vendor setup, lead distribution support, and oversight of critical sales systems and integrations. The analyst works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, Vendor Management, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure efficient execution of sales processes and a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Sales Operations Support

  • Create, maintain, and audit NID records to support field sales operations.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of sales and operational records.
  • Provide operational support for sales teams by resolving lead, territory, and account-related issues.
  • Assist with lead management and lead assignment processes.

Vendor and Dealer Administration

  • Facilitate vendor and dealer onboarding activities, including account creation and system setup.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts required to bring new vendors into operational readiness.
  • Maintain vendor-related documentation and ensure compliance with established processes.

Systems Management and Support

  • Serve as a business support resource for SalesRabbit and related sales enablement platforms.
  • Monitor system functionality and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document, track, and coordinate resolution of system bugs, enhancements, and integration issues.
  • Assist in testing and validation of system updates and new functionality.

Operational Process Management

  • Support reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking activities.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Identify efficiencies and recommend improvements to operational workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, IT, Finance, Vendor Management, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Support project initiatives related to sales operations, lead management, and system enhancements.
  • Communicate operational updates and process changes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer operations, or project coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience managing operational processes and data quality initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting field sales organizations.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as SalesRabbit.
  • Knowledge of vendor onboarding and account administration processes.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements: 

 

College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
